Q: Do I have to call to have the dumpster picked up?
A: No, we automatically come back after 7 days to pick it up

A: Call or text us and we will do our best to pick it up earlier
Q: How many dumps are included with the price?
A: 1 Dump is included up to the ton limit
Q: Is there a discount for ordering another dumpster?
A: Each dumpster ordered is its own separate charge
Q: Do I need to be home when the dumpster is picked up?
A: No need to be home as long as nothing is blocking the dumpster
Q: It has been over 7 days and my dumpster still has not been picked up
A: Sometimes we get backed up and can not pick the dumpster up on the 7th day. We will get to it as soon as we can.
Q: How much dumping weight is included with my rental?
A: 10 Yard- 1.5 Tons. 15 Yard- 2 tons. 20 Yard- 3 Tons
Q: How much is it if I go over the weight limit?
A: $75 per ton
Q: Can I fill the dumpster over the top?
A: Absolutely not. The dumpsters are fitted with our trucks and tarping system, and will not fit if it is over loaded. It is illegal for our drivers to haul with debris filled over the top.
Q: What can’t go in the dumpster?
A: Tires, chemicals, paint, dirt, fill, concrete or rock.
Q: Can I move the dumpster from the location it was set?
A: No- Our drivers strategically locate the dumpsters so that they are able to be easily picked up without issue. Moving them can make it harder or impossible to pick up, and can cause damage to the dumpster.
Q: Can I use a machine loader to load the dumpster?
A: No- Due to loaders damaging our dumpsters, we do not allow machine loading.
Q: If I do not use the dumpster or partially fill it, can I have a refund?
A: We do not issue refunds once the dumpster is set. There is a lot of costs associated with fuel and labor to deliver the dumpster, therefore we cannot issue any type of refund.
